Informatieplicht energiebesparing
Uiterlijk 1 juli 2019 moeten 125.000 bedrijven en instellingen aan de informatieplicht energiebesparing voldoen. Doel is om hiermee energiebesparing te stimuleren. Ondanks het feit dat deze informatie- of meldingsplicht vorig jaar al aangekondigd is, lijkt het er op dat dit voor veel bedrijven en instellingen nog een hele operatie gaat worden.
Sinds maart 2019 zijn de nieuwe Erkende Maatregelen bekend en daarna kwam ook het format voor de melding in eLoket snel gereed. In hun nieuwsbrief van 7 mei 2019 laat het RVO weten, dat inmiddels ook een XML-upload beschikbaar is. Hiermee kunnen bedrijven met meerdere inrichtingen deze tegelijkertijd uploaden in e-Loket. Deze XML-upload werkt alleen voor bedrijven en instellingen die gebruik maken van de erkende maatregelenlijsten voor hun bedrijfstak. Voor meer informatie over de XML-upload mogelijkheden klik hier.
Propendum helpt bedrijven en instellingen bij het invullen van de lijst Erkende Maatregelen. Heeft u vragen over de erkende maatregelen of de informatieplicht, neem dan contact op met Propendum. De informatieplicht energiebesparing is vastgelegd in het Activiteitenbesluit milieubeheer. De energiebesparingsplicht geldt voor bedrijven en instellingen die per jaar 50.000 kWh of meer elektriciteit of 25.000 m³ of meer aardgas(equivalent) verbruiken. Zij moeten hun energiebesparende maatregelen rapporteren in eLoket van RVO.nl. Daarvoor hebben bedrijven en instellingen een eHerkenning nodig. U kunt ook Propendum machtigen om deze melding voor u te doen.
